Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to deliver all orders within 7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • To process a replacement request, an unboxing video recorded from package opening to product inspection without cuts or edits may be required.

Return to Origin (RTO) Policy

  • If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or other delivery issues, it will be classified as an RTO (Return to Origin) order.
  • The product will be returned to our facility and kept safely.
  • Customers may request reshipping by paying any applicable shipping charges.
  • In some cases, the item may be packed and shipped with the customer's next order.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • Accesorbit will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect information provided during checkout.
